Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction, work environment on employee job satisfaction, and motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT BIG Brebes in the Feeding E section. The sampling of this study using the Slovin formula used incidental techniques as many as 92 samples. The data used is primary data from respondents' questionnaire answers. Hypothesis testing using SPSS. The theoretical foundations used are motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction. The results showed that work motivation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT BIG Brebes in the Feeding E section, the work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT BIG Brebes in the Feeding E section, and motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT BIG Brebes in the Feeding E section.
