Author Guidelines

Submission Preparation

Authors are required to ensure that their submission is original and has not been published elsewhere. Submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Manuscript Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format. The text should be double-spaced, using a standard 12-point font (preferably Times New Roman), and should include consecutively numbered pages.

  2. Language: Submissions must be in English. Authors whose native language is not English are encouraged to seek professional editing services.

  3. Article Structure: Articles should be structured as follows: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgments (if any), and References.

  4. Abstract: The abstract should not exceed 300 words and must succinctly summarize the main findings and significance of the study.

  5. Keywords: Provide 4 to 6 keywords that describe the main topics of the paper.

Ethical Considerations

  1. Plagiarism: All works must be free of any plagiarism. Authors must ensure that they have written entirely original works.

  2. Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication: Authors should not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently. It is also expected that authors will not publish redundant manuscripts or manuscripts describing the same research in more than one journal.

  3. Authorship of the Paper: Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study.

Peer Review Process

All submissions are subject to a double-blind peer review process. The identity of both the reviewers and the authors are kept confidential to ensure an unbiased review process.

Copyright and Licensing

  1. Copyright: Authors retain copyright of their work. ICSSHU is granted rights to publish and share the work with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.

  2. Licensing: Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution License which allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

Submission Process

Submissions should be made electronically via the journal’s website. Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process.
